We believe concept screening should be more than just a beauty contest. switchable combines proven behaviour change models, predictive analytics, and years of concept testing experience with traditional measures to provide one of the most comprehensive online concept testing platforms available.
As David Ogilvy once said: ‘People don’t think what they feel, they don’t say what they think, and they don’t do what they say.’ That’s why relying on stated purchase intention alone to make go/no-go decisions is ultimately flawed — and why switchable was built to do better.
Our
Story
Switchable was built on years of experience in innovation and concept testing. We kept asking ourselves: ‘How can we do concept testing better?’ That question led to a PhD in behaviour change and product adoption, exploring approaches that were more robust and predictive than traditional methods. Those validated learnings are now embedded in the switchable approach.
We genuinely care about finding the right numbers — not just producing numbers. That’s why we’ve gone out of our way to validate our approach, ensuring what we deliver is both accurate and meaningful. And in the spirit of continuous validation and improvement, a proportion of all revenue goes straight back into developing and refining our models.
